How does it work?
You can order either on the website or via our mobile application. Simply enter your location to find all the stores and stores available in your area, choose your products and place your order.

Once the store receives your order, it will be prepared and carefully packaged. Once your order is ready, a buzzoffsxm courier will pick it up and bring it to you.

What types of stores are on buzzoffsxm?

We carefully select the best stores in your neighborhood. From authentic local stores, to the largest retailers, to fishmongers and butchers. buzzoffsxm only works with stores that share a common vision of satisfying our customers’ most demanding needs.

What are your delivery times?
We deliver from morning until 6pm, and our stores have different opening hours. Check the home page to find out which vendors are available in your area.

How does delivery work?
Once you have validated your order, it is sent directly to the store for preparation. Once the order is ready and
packaged, a buzzoffsxm courier will pick it up and deliver it to your address.

Should I leave a tip?
This is at your discretion. You may leave a cash tip for the courier. Our couriers keep 100% of the tips you leave them.

Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is 1 Euro

Are your prices the same as those offered in physical stores?

We encourage our sellers to always apply the same prices for the products to be delivered as for the menu offered on the marketplace, although there are exceptions. The price of each product is clearly indicated on the website. If you have any questions about pricing, please contact the store directly.

Is it possible to order in advance?
Yes, you can schedule your orders the day before and choose a delivery time that suits you.
Be careful to watch the opening hours of the store.

What if my order is late?
It sometimes happens that hazards beyond our control cause delays in delivery. We will always try to call you as soon as we think the order may be late, and the whole team will do its best to deliver as quickly as possible.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on your location and distance traveled. You will always be able to see the shipping cost before you choose where to order.

Additional charges
When your total order is less than the buzzoffsxm.com minimum, you can still order but we will add a charge. To remove them, add other items to your cart.
